Job Title: Business Developer

Job Description: As a Business Developer, you will identify and develop strategic opportunities for a regulated digital-finance infrastructure business connecting traditional finance with payments, digital assets, compliance solutions, and cross-border services across the UAE, GCC, and Central Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities across the UAE, GCC, and Central Asia
• Build relationships with corporate clients, financial institutions, fintechs, payment providers, and strategic partners
• Generate and manage a qualified pipeline of prospective clients and partnerships
• Arrange and attend meetings with senior decision-makers to present products and services
• Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, networking functions, and conferences
• Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to support client onboarding
• Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements
• Maintain accurate CRM records, report pipeline progress, and monitor fintech and digital-asset market trends

Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
• One to two years of experience in business development, sales, account management, partnerships, or client relationships
• Strong interest in fintech, payments, financial services, or digital assets
• Excellent English communication, presentation, interpersonal, and networking skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple commercial opportunities
• Willingness to travel across the UAE, GCC, and occasionally Central Asia; additional regional languages are advantageous
