Job Title: Business Continuity Manager

Job Description: As a Business Continuity Manager at Bank of Jordan, you will lead the development, implementation, and testing of business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure the bank’s resilience against disruptions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain business continuity plans, procedures, and frameworks for the bank.
• Conduct regular business impact analyses and risk assessments to identify critical functions.
• Coordinate disaster recovery testing and emergency response exercises.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and risk teams to ensure continuity plans are aligned with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications Needed:

• 6+ years of business continuity, risk management, or disaster recovery experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of business continuity frameworks (ISO 22301), risk assessment, and incident management.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
