Job Title: Business Compliance Manager

Job Description: As a Business Compliance Manager for Crypto, you will manage compliance for a digital bank’s crypto product line in the UAE, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage compliance for the digital bank’s crypto product line, including policies, procedures, and controls.
• Ensure compliance with VARA, ADGM, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on crypto products.
• Collaborate with product, legal, and risk teams to ensure compliant product launches.

Qualifications Needed:

• 6+ years of compliance experience in crypto, fintech, or financial services.
• Deep knowledge of VARA, ADGM, and UAE crypto regulations.
• Proven track record of managing compliance for crypto products.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
