Job Title: BNPL Growth Analyst

Job Description: As a BNPL Growth Analyst, you will analyse conversion and repeat usage across merchants, driving growth for a BNPL provider.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse conversion, repeat usage, and merchant performance across BNPL products.
• Build dashboards and reporting for growth and merchant teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion and customer retention.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams on insights.

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of growth or product analytics experience in BNPL, payments, or fintech.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools.
• Understanding of BNPL funnels, merchant economics, and customer behaviour.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
