Job Title: Bids & Portals Coordinator – Arabic Speaker

Job Description: As a Bids and Portals Coordinator for Arabic-speaking markets at a globally established risk advisory and investigations firm, you will be responsible for collating CVs, credentials, and legal commentary in line with RFP requirements — coordinating bid submissions and portal management for financial services, corporate, and government clients across Arabic-speaking UAE and MENA markets.

Responsibilities:

• Collate CVs, credentials, and legal commentary in line with RFP requirements for bid submissions
• Coordinate bid submission processes across Arabic-speaking UAE and MENA markets
• Manage portal submissions — ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant bid documentation across client portals
• Liaise with practice area leaders, senior advisors, and business development teams on RFP content requirements
• Coordinate with advisors, consultants, legal teams, accountants, and external stakeholders on bid preparation
• Maintain bid libraries, credentials databases, and submission records for risk advisory practice areas
• Monitor RFP and bid opportunity calendars across UAE and MENA markets for Arabic-speaking client segments
• Support business development activities through professional bid coordination and portal management

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience working in professional services, consulting, financial advisory, or similar knowledge-based environments — preferred
• Fluent Arabic speaker — required for Arabic-speaking UAE and MENA bid coordination
• Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills for bid management and portal submissions
• Excellent written Arabic and English communication for RFP content and bid documentation
• Proficiency with bid management platforms and portal submission tools
• UAE or MENA professional services bid coordination experience preferred
