Job Title: Banking Sales Professionals

Job Description: As a Banking Sales Professionals candidate, you will represent a leading UAE financial institution in personal-loan, credit-card, or team-lead sales, developing customer relationships, working toward assigned targets, presenting suitable banking products, and contributing to acquisition and revenue growth across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

• Promote personal-loan and credit-card products to suitable customers
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships within the UAE banking market
• Identify customer needs and explain relevant banking solutions clearly
• Work toward individual sales and acquisition targets in a performance-driven environment
• Maintain accurate follow-up with prospects through the sales process
• Deliver customer-focused service while pursuing commercial results
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team sales performance
• For team-lead appointments, guide sales staff and monitor achievement against targets

Qualifications Needed:

• Previous experience in UAE banking sales
• Experience selling personal loans, credit cards, or both
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills
• Customer-focused approach and results-driven mindset
• Ability to perform in a target-oriented environment
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with previous leadership experience preferred for team-lead roles

• Salary of AED 4,000 to AED 7,000 depending on qualifications and experience
