Job Title: Bank Teller

Job Description: As a Bank Teller at a globally leading financial institution in Abu Dhabi in a UAE Nationals Only role, you will be the front-line face of the branch — responsible for providing exceptional customer service while accurately and securely handling all banking transactions for clients of one of the world’s most recognized financial institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Be the front-line face of the branch — providing exceptional customer service and handling banking transactions
• Accurately and securely process all banking transactions — deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account services
• Maintain confidentiality of the bank’s customers and data across all teller interactions
• Serve customers by providing banking product and service information and resolving service issues
• Cross-sell banking products to customers — referring complex financial needs to specialist banking teams
• Ensure all teller activities comply with Citi internal policies and UAE Central Bank regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate teller records, cash balancing, and daily transaction documentation
• Build branch banking service expertise through structured Emirati talent development activities

Qualifications Needed:

• UAE National (Emirati) — required for this UAE National Only Bank Teller role in Abu Dhabi
• Genuine interest in retail banking, branch customer service, and UAE banking career development
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills for teller transaction processing
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills for Abu Dhabi branch banking client engagement
• Professional, customer-centric approach aligned with Citi’s service excellence standards
