Job Title: Bancassurance Distribution Manager – Life & General Insurance Products

Job Description: As a Bancassurance Distribution Manager at a UAE bank, you will apply senior bancassurance leadership expertise — managing life and general insurance product distribution, bancassurance partner relationships, and sales performance across the bank’s retail and corporate banking channels for a professionally managed UAE banking institution.

Responsibilities:

• Apply senior bancassurance leadership to life and general insurance product distribution management
• Manage bancassurance partner relationships — insurance company agreements, product governance, and performance
• Drive bancassurance product sales across retail and corporate banking channels through team leadership
• Develop and execute bancassurance distribution strategy — product training, sales incentives, and cross-sell
• Achieve Bancassurance Distribution Manager-level premium income and product penetration targets
• Coordinate with Insurance Partners, Compliance, and Banking Operations on distribution delivery
• Produce bancassurance distribution performance reports and management information for senior leadership
• Monitor UAE Insurance Authority and banking regulatory requirements for bancassurance distribution compliance

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Bancassurance Distribution Manager experience with life and general insurance products background
• Strong bancassurance partner management, distribution strategy, and banking channel sales leadership
• Deep understanding of UAE Insurance Authority bancassurance regulatory requirements and distribution standards
• Excellent team leadership, insurance partner management, and senior banking stakeholder communication
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE banking and insurance partner engagement
• GCC bancassurance distribution management or insurance banking product experience strongly preferred
