Job Title: Back Office Specialist – Forex Trading Operations

Job Description: As a Back Office Specialist, you will support the back-office operations of a Dubai brokerage, managing trade confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations for Forex clients.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage trade confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations for Forex clients.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support trade reporting, data management, and client onboarding.
• Collaborate with trading, operations, and compliance teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications Needed:

• 2+ years of back-office operations experience in Forex trading or financial services.
• Strong understanding of Forex trading, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in back-office systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; fluent in English.
