Job Title: Automation Specialist
Job Description:The Automation Specialist will conduct process evaluations and feasibility studies, monitor and optimize existing RPA bots, maintain automation documentation, and assist in training business teams on new tools and workflows — contributing to enterprise-wide operational efficiency in a fast-scaling fintech environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to identify and document process automation opportunities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots ensuring alignment with business needs
- Conduct process evaluations and feasibility studies to assess automation potential
- Monitor and optimize existing RPA bots, identifying areas for performance improvement
- Maintain documentation for automation workflows ensuring clarity and compliance with best practices
- Assist in training business teams on new automation tools and workflows
- Collaborate with the Process Automation Lead, business analysts, and IT teams to align automation solutions with enterprise-wide goals
- Provide regular updates on automation progress, performance, and challenges
Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4–6 years of experience in a similar process automation role
- Proven experience deploying process automation solutions with expertise in RPA platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make.com, and ERP systems such as Zoho
- Experience in workflow optimization, process mapping, and automation lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems and business process improvement methodologies
- Hands-on experience with RPA development, deployment, and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
