Job Title: Assurance, ACE Associate

Job Description: As an Assurance Associate through the ACE programme at a globally leading professional services firm, you will contribute to audit and assurance engagements in Al Ain — applying foundational accounting and auditing knowledge to financial statement assurance delivery for clients in the UAE’s Garden City under a structured EY graduate development pathway.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to audit and assurance engagements in Al Ain under structured EY graduate development pathway
• Apply foundational accounting and auditing knowledge to financial statement assurance activities
• Support senior auditors on audit fieldwork — document review, testing, and evidence gathering
• Conduct basic audit procedures and contribute to financial statement assurance report preparation
• Complete EY ACE programme training, coaching, and professional development milestones
• Build foundational assurance skills through structured mentoring and real client audit engagement
• Develop a professional network within EY’s globally connected assurance and professional services organization
• Build an exceptional audit and assurance experience as part of the EY ACE graduate programme

Qualifications Needed:

• Recently graduated or pursuing accounting or finance qualification — EY ACE Associate eligible
• Accounting, Finance, Business, or related degree preferred for this assurance graduate role
• Basic understanding of Auditing, Accounting, and Financial Reporting Standards
• Agile, growth-oriented, curious, and purpose-driven approach to professional development
• Willingness to be based in Al Ain — UAE Garden City — for this EY Assurance ACE Associate role
• Genuine interest in audit, assurance, and professional services careers at EY
