Job Title: Associate, Retail Recovery Control

Job Description: As a QNB3792-Associate, Retail Recovery Control (Qatarization) at a major regional bank, you will support collection and recovery activities for delinquent retail customers, monitor overdue accounts, implement approved restructuring and collection actions, and coordinate with customers, legal teams, and external agencies to reduce credit exposure.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor delinquent retail accounts and support timely collection and recovery action
• Contact customers and maintain clear communication regarding overdue obligations and agreed next steps
• Implement approved loan-restructuring and collection strategies
• Track payment commitments, account status, recovery progress, and escalation requirements
• Coordinate with legal teams and external recovery agencies when required
• Maintain accurate case records, correspondence, supporting documents, and recovery updates
• Ensure collection activities comply with bank policies, procedures, and applicable requirements
• Contribute to recovery reporting, operational-efficiency improvements, and overdue-exposure reduction

Qualifications Needed:

• This position is designated for Qatarization as stated in the published title
• Experience or knowledge in retail collections, recovery, credit administration, or banking operations
• Understanding of delinquent-account monitoring and loan-restructuring processes
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal or external stakeholders
• Strong documentation, follow-up, accuracy, and case-management skills
• Ability to work within bank policies, controls, and service standards
