Job Title: Associate – Payments

Job Description: As a Payments Associate at ADCB, you will support the payments function, processing transactions, reconciling settlements, and ensuring compliance with payment regulations and internal controls.

Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile payments across various channels, including SWIFT, local clearing, and digital platforms.
• Monitor payment workflows, resolve exceptions, and escalate issues as needed.
• Support compliance with UAE Central Bank payment regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with operations, treasury, and client teams to optimise payment processes.

Qualifications Needed:

• 2+ years of payments, operations, or reconciliation experience in banking or fintech.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, clearing mechanisms, and settlement processes.
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in banking systems.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; UAE national preferred as per role requirement.
