Job Title: Associate Consultant / Consultant

Job Description: As an Associate Consultant or Consultant in UAE National Internal Audit and Business Risk Services at a globally established professional services firm, you will apply strong analytical and advisory skills to internal audit engagements — contributing to risk management, governance, and compliance advisory for financial services, fintech, and corporate clients across the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to internal audit engagements and business risk advisory for financial services and corporate clients
• Apply strong analytical skills to risk management, governance, and compliance advisory deliverables
• Conduct internal audit fieldwork — process walkthroughs, control testing, and evidence gathering
• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and governance frameworks for UAE financial services clients
• Produce structured audit working papers and contribute to internal audit report preparation
• Support business risk advisory engagements — risk assessments, control framework reviews, and gap analyses
• Build foundational internal audit and risk advisory skills through structured mentoring and real client work
• Develop a professional network within a globally established professional services firm’s UAE operations

Qualifications Needed:

• UAE National (Emirati) — required for this UAE National Associate Consultant and Consultant role
• Recently graduated or early-career professional with genuine interest in internal audit and business risk advisory
• Strong analytical, written communication, and organizational skills for audit and risk advisory engagement
• Understanding of UAE financial services regulatory environment and internal audit standards preferred
• ACCA, ACA, CIA, or equivalent qualification in progress preferred
• Genuine ambition to build a professional services career in internal audit and business risk advisory
