Job Title: Assistant Product Manager

Job Description: As an Assistant Product Manager at Commercial Bank of Dubai, you will support the development and lifecycle management of banking products, driving product strategy, enhancements, and customer adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of product strategies for retail and corporate banking products.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver product enhancements.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to inform product decisions.
• Monitor product performance, user adoption, and revenue metrics to drive improvements.

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of product management or product development experience in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of banking products, digital channels, and customer experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
