Job Title: Assistant Manager, Responsible AI

Job Description: As an Assistant Manager or Manager for Responsible AI at a globally leading professional services firm in Abu Dhabi, you will apply 8–10 years of relevant experience working as an IT risk consultant for a professional services firm or public accounting firm — or as a senior executive — to deliver Responsible AI consulting and advisory for UAE and regional clients.

Responsibilities:

• Apply 8–10 years of IT risk consulting or senior executive experience to Responsible AI advisory
• Deliver Responsible AI consulting — AI governance frameworks, risk assessments, and compliance advisory
• Advise clients on developing and implementing ethical, accountable, and compliant AI systems
• Conduct AI risk assessments and produce Responsible AI advisory reports for financial services and enterprise clients
• Lead Responsible AI engagements — managing junior staff and driving advisory quality
• Build and maintain client relationships through expert Responsible AI governance and risk consulting
• Contribute to business development for the Responsible AI practice in Abu Dhabi
• Stay current on global AI regulatory developments and UAE AI governance frameworks

Qualifications Needed:

• 8–10 years of relevant experience as IT risk consultant for a professional services or public accounting firm — or as senior executive
• Proven AI risk, governance, or Responsible AI consulting experience
• Deep understanding of AI governance frameworks, ethics, and regulatory compliance for enterprise AI
• Strong risk assessment, client advisory, and team management skills for Responsible AI consulting delivery
• CISA, CRISC, or equivalent risk qualification preferred
• Abu Dhabi AI risk or IT risk consulting experience preferred
