Job Title: Archives Clerk – Accounts Background
Job Description: As a reliable and detail-oriented Archives Clerk with an accounts background at a UAE organization, you will manage corporate financial records, documentation archives, and accounting correspondence — applying strong organizational skills and accounts knowledge to maintain accurate, audit-ready financial records for regulatory and management review.
Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate financial records, documentation archives, and accounting correspondence accurately
- Apply accounts background knowledge to financial record classification, filing, and archive management
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready financial documentation for regulatory and management review
- Coordinate with Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams on record retrieval and documentation management
- Scan, upload, and organize soft copy financial documents in digital archive management systems
- Ensure all financial records are properly maintained in compliance with UAE regulatory retention standards
- Produce archive management reports and documentation status summaries for senior management
- Support external audit and regulatory examination with accurate, organized financial records retrieval
Qualifications Needed:
- Reliable and detail-oriented professional with accounts background — required for archives clerk role
- Strong organizational and documentation management skills for financial records archiving
- Understanding of financial documents — accounting records, banking correspondence, and compliance files
- Proficiency with scanning, digital archiving, and document management systems
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate financial record classification and archive maintenance
- Arabic and English communication skills preferred for UAE organization and regulatory engagement
