Job Title: AML Engagement Manager

Job Description: As an AML Engagement Manager at a globally established international bank based in Al Ain, you will be responsible for managing AML client engagement — applying AML expertise to the management of client risk assessments, AML-related client communications, and engagement processes for a globally established bank’s Al Ain operations. UAE Nationals are required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage AML client engagement — overseeing client risk assessments and AML-related client communication
• Apply AML expertise to engagement processes for a globally established bank’s Al Ain banking operations
• Conduct client due diligence reviews, risk rating assessments, and AML escalation management
• Coordinate with AML Operations, Compliance, and Relationship Management teams on client engagement matters
• Maintain accurate AML engagement records and client risk documentation for regulatory review
• Contribute to AML programme improvements and client engagement process efficiency enhancement
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with banking teams across Al Ain and UAE-wide operations
• Stay current on UAE AML/CFT regulatory requirements and client due diligence engagement standards

Qualifications Needed:

• UAE National (Emirati) — required for this AML Engagement Manager role based in Al Ain
• Proven AML Engagement Manager or senior AML compliance experience at a major UAE or international bank
• Strong client risk assessment, AML engagement, and regulatory documentation skills
• Understanding of UAE Central Bank AML/CFT requirements and international bank client due diligence standards
• CAMS or equivalent AML qualification preferred
• Arabic and English communication skills for Al Ain client and team engagement
