Job Title: AML & CTF Officer

Job Description: As an AML & CTF Officer, you will help develop and oversee an anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing program, applying regulatory knowledge and analytical judgement to identify risks, maintain controls, support investigations, and strengthen financial-crime compliance within a Saudi fintech environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support development and oversight of the AML and CTF compliance program
• Review customer and transaction activity for potential financial-crime risks
• Assist with AML risk assessments and control monitoring
• Investigate alerts and document findings and escalation decisions
• Maintain AML policies, procedures, records, and supporting evidence
• Support regulatory reporting and responses to compliance information requests
• Coordinate with operational and business teams on AML control requirements
• Monitor regulatory developments and contribute to program updates and training

Qualifications Needed:

• Two to seven years of relevant AML, CTF, compliance, or financial-crime experience
• Knowledge of anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing regulations
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
• Ability to document reviews, findings, and escalation decisions clearly
• Understanding of compliance controls within financial services or fintech
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and stakeholder communication
