Job Title: AI Product Analyst

Job Description: As an AI Product Analyst at a trading technology firm, you will drive the analytical foundation of the group’s AI and data initiatives, leveraging machine learning insights to enhance product performance and customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the analytical foundation for AI initiatives, defining success metrics and building evaluation frameworks for AI-powered features.
• Analyse AI model performance, user adoption, and product impact, providing actionable insights to product teams.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design and evaluate A/B tests for AI models.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to track AI product KPIs and business value.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of product analytics or data science experience, with a focus on AI/ML applications in fintech or trading.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning evaluation metrics.
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and product analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
