The AI Data Scientist will develop machine learning models to detect and prevent fraud for fintech platforms in Dubai. You will work closely with risk, engineering, and analytics teams to build AI-powered solutions while ensuring compliance with UAE and GCC regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement ML models for fraud detection.
  • Analyze transaction and behavioral data to identify anomalies.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models in production.
  • Monitor model performance and adjust for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE data privacy and financial regulations.

Qualifications Needed

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, AI, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in ML/AI, preferably in fintech or fraud analytics.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar.
  • Knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements for financial data.
