Job Title: Agentic AI Solutions Engineer – Banking

Job Description: As an Agentic AI Solutions Engineer for banking and fintech clients at VAM Systems, you will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions integrated with enterprise platforms in highly regulated financial environments. You will leverage hands-on experience with AI tools, machine learning, and solution architecture to deliver digital transformation solutions within banking, fintech, regulatory authorities, and financial services sectors across the UAE .

Responsibilities:

• Design AI solutions integrated with enterprise platforms (Salesforce CRM, datalakes, CMS, APIs)
• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions including autonomous AI agents, multi-agent systems, AI orchestration frameworks, and agent-based workflow automation
• Drive architecture governance, code quality, and technical standards
• Implement AI solutions using platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Agentforce, etc.
• Integrate AI with enterprise platforms and legacy systems via RESTful APIs or middleware
• Work with data pipeline tools and frameworks
• Ensure compliance with governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• Good years of experience in AI, machine learning, and solution architecture with a proven track record
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms and cloud services like Microsoft Azure
• Strong background in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, data processing, and systems integration
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Familiarity with data pipeline tools and frameworks
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices
• Solid understanding of data architecture, data science, security, and privacy considerations in AI systems
• Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and deploying Agentic AI solutions
• 6 to 8 years of experience in AI and digital transformation within financial services, banking, or fintech
