Job Title: Adjunct Faculty – Fintech, Digital Payments & Financial Technologies

Job Description: As an Adjunct Faculty member for Fintech at the Abu Dhabi School of Management, you will teach one course on Digital Payments and Financial Technologies — handling all course-related administration and delivering MBA or executive education-level fintech instruction for a prestigious UAE business school.

Responsibilities:

• Teach one course on Digital Payments and Financial Technologies with full course-related administration
• Handle all course administration — grading, student engagement, and course material management
• Design and deliver fintech curriculum covering digital payments, payment systems, and financial technology
• Facilitate case studies, group discussions, and practical fintech problem-solving for students
• Assess student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations
• Stay current on digital payments, fintech, and UAE financial technology regulatory developments
• Coordinate with Faculty Director and academic team on fintech course delivery and administration
• Contribute to fintech programme development for the business school’s executive and graduate offerings

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Adjunct Faculty or academic experience with digital payments or financial technology background
• Deep expertise in digital payments, fintech ecosystems, and financial technology for MBA-level delivery
• Industry experience in fintech, banking, or payments — preferred for teaching credibility and relevance
• PhD or advanced degree in Finance, FinTech, or related field — preferred for academic mandate
• Strong curriculum design, course administration, and student assessment skills
• GCC or global fintech academic or industry subject matter teaching experience preferred
