Job Title: Wallet Merchant Support Executive

Job Description: As a Wallet Merchant Support Executive, you will support merchants accepting a CBO-licensed wallet, ensuring smooth acceptance and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Support merchants accepting the CBO-licensed wallet.
• Resolve merchant queries related to payments, settlement, and integration.
• Monitor merchant performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and compliance teams.

Qualifications Needed:

• 2+ years of merchant support or payments operations experience in fintech.
• Strong understanding of wallets, merchant acceptance, and settlement.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
