Job Title: SoftPOS Onboarding Specialist

Job Description: As a SoftPOS Onboarding Specialist, you will activate small merchants on tap-on-phone acceptance, driving merchant acquisition and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Activate small merchants on SoftPOS and tap-on-phone acceptance.
• Guide merchants through setup, testing, and first transactions.
• Provide ongoing support and training to newly onboarded merchants.
• Track onboarding metrics and identify process improvements.

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of merchant onboarding or payments operations experience in fintech.
• Understanding of SoftPOS, NFC payments, and card acceptance.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
