Job Title: Fintech Hub Partnerships Executive

Job Description: As a Fintech Hub Partnerships Executive, you will develop ecosystem partnerships for a payments fintech, expanding reach and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Develop ecosystem partnerships across fintech hubs, accelerators, and industry bodies.
• Lead negotiations, onboarding, and partner relationship management.
• Represent the fintech at industry events and ecosystem initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership on partnerships.

Qualifications Needed:

• 4+ years of partnership or business development experience in fintech or financial services.
• Strong network within the Bahrain and GCC fintech ecosystem.
• Proven track record of building and managing partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
