Job Description: As a Regional Web3 Partnerships Manager, you will build protocol and ecosystem partnerships, expanding reach and adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage protocol and ecosystem partnerships across the region.
• Lead negotiations, onboarding, and ongoing partner management.
• Monitor partner performance and drive mutual growth.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams.

Qualifications Needed:

• 6+ years of partnerships or business development experience in crypto, Web3, or fintech.
• Strong network within the Web3 ecosystem in the region.
• Proven track record of building and managing high-value partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
