Job Description: As a Digital Bank Operations Lead, you will run back-office and payment operations for a neobank, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Run back-office and payment operations across the neobank.
• Lead the operations team, setting KPIs and driving performance.
• Ensure compliance with CBUAE regulations and internal policies.
• Drive process automation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of banking operations experience in digital banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of back-office processes, payment operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of leading operations teams and improving efficiency.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English.
