Job Title: Open Banking Partnerships Lead

Job Description: As an Open Banking Partnerships Lead, you will build bank and lender partnerships on an open banking platform under SAMA’s framework, expanding the ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage bank and lender partnerships on the open banking platform.
• Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and onboarding for new partners.
• Manage ongoing partner relationships, ensuring mutual growth and performance.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and engineering teams on partnership integration.

Qualifications Needed:

• 7+ years of partnership or business development experience in open banking, payments, or fintech.
• Deep knowledge of SAMA’s open banking framework and Saudi financial ecosystem.
• Strong network of relationships with banks and lenders in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
