Job Title: Assistant Relationship Manager

Job Description: As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will professionally manage and maintain Institutional Banking relationships, supporting the Relationship Manager on day-to-day activities and helping to identify, solicit, and acquire new institutional clients [citation:4].

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage an assigned portfolio with existing institutional clients to retain and grow their banking relationships in a profitable manner.
• Identify, solicit, and acquire new institutional clients in line with approved strategies for Assets, Liabilities, Trade, and Treasury Sales.
• Structure appropriate credit lines in conformity with the bank’s underwriting standards after thorough analysis for detailed credit proposals.
• Establish effective and professional communication to ensure turnaround time within designated parameters and higher client satisfaction levels.

Qualifications Needed:

• A degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Management / CFA / CA.
• 3–5 years of experience in institutional banking, with 2 years of exposure to Institutional Banking in the UAE.
• The ability to conduct account planning with client service team members and cross-sell other products and services.
• Strong local contacts with the business and financial institutions community.
