Job Title: Senior Custody & Exchange Operations Manager

Job Description: As a Senior Custody and Exchange Operations Manager at BitOasis, you will oversee the operational processes for digital asset custody and exchange trading, ensuring efficiency, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily custody and exchange operations, including transaction processing, reconciliations, and settlement.
• Ensure compliance with UAE crypto regulations, AML/CFT frameworks, and internal operating procedures.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and controls to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and customer support teams to resolve operational issues.

Qualifications Needed:

• 7+ years of operations management experience in crypto exchanges, custody, or fintech.
• Deep understanding of digital asset custody, exchange operations, and settlement processes.
• Knowledge of UAE crypto regulations (VARA, ADGM) and AML/CFT compliance.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English.
