Job Title: Collection Ops Analyst

Job Description: We are hiring a Collection Ops Analyst to manage and optimise collections operations, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding receivables and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage collections accounts, including overdue payments and repayment plans.
• Communicate with customers to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve disputes.
• Analyse collections data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve recovery rates.
• Collaborate with customer service, finance, and risk teams to streamline collections processes.

Qualifications Needed:

• 2+ years of collections or accounts receivable experience in fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to handle sensitive customer interactions professionally.
• Proficiency in collections management systems and MS Excel.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
