Job Title: Accounts Receivable Senior Specialist

Job Description: As an Accounts Receivable Senior Specialist, you will monitor the company’s receivables portfolio and ensure that internal revenues are recorded, reconciled, and verified accurately and on time, supporting dependable financial operations for a fintech serving SMEs.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the accounts-receivable portfolio and outstanding balances
• Ensure internal revenues are recorded accurately and on time
• Reconcile receivable balances and related financial records
• Verify revenue entries and investigate discrepancies
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve outstanding items
• Maintain complete receivables schedules, supporting records, and audit evidence
• Prepare accounts-receivable reports and ageing information
• Support process improvements that strengthen receivables accuracy and control

Qualifications Needed:

• Five to ten years of relevant accounts-receivable or finance experience
• Strong reconciliation and revenue-verification capability
• Experience maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and follow items through resolution
• Understanding of internal controls and financial-operational processes
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and stakeholder communication
