Job Title: Head of Sales – Fintech and Payments

Job Description: As a Head of Sales – Fintech and Payments professional, you will own the Saudi commercial strategy for a pioneering payments infrastructure provider, lead and grow a high-performing account-executive team, develop strategic relationships with major merchants and financial institutions, and position secure transaction solutions across the Kingdom’s evolving digital-payments market.

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the commercial sales strategy for Saudi Arabia
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing account executives
• Personally develop relationships with top-tier strategic accounts
• Drive adoption of payment infrastructure among e-commerce companies, retailers, and financial institutions
• Analyze market trends and competitor positioning across the Saudi payments landscape
• Position the company’s transaction infrastructure against alternative solutions
• Scale sales operations and establish disciplined regional commercial processes
• Deliver regional revenue growth and sales targets

Qualifications Needed:

• At least eight years of sales experience in fintech, digital payments, or banking technology
• At least three years of leadership or team-management experience
• Strong understanding of the Saudi financial ecosystem and regulatory landscape
• Proven record of scaling sales operations and achieving regional revenue targets
• Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with a bachelor’s degree or higher diploma
