Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate – Builders Program

Job Description: As a Talent Acquisition Associate – Builders Program professional, you will support the recruitment lifecycle for a rapidly expanding fintech by sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant data, supporting hiring managers, and helping create a responsive and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and other stages of the recruitment cycle
• Post vacancies on external job boards and manage internal job postings
• Review resumes and conduct initial telephone screenings to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process to support a positive recruitment experience
• Help hiring managers prepare job descriptions and interview questions
• Support recruitment events, job fairs, and administrative requirements of the Talent Acquisition team

Qualifications Needed:

• Internship or cooperative-training experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Customer Service, with no more than two years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in a relevant field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates and internal stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential candidate and employee information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with familiarity with applicant tracking software considered an advantage
