Job Title: Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer – FinTech / Virtual Assets

Job Description: As a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer you will join the Technology & Product Development team of a Dubai-based virtual asset platform, ensuring the quality, reliability, security, and production readiness of the company’s trading platform, APIs, internal systems, and third-party integrations across onboarding, KYC, trading, and settlement workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and release-quality gates for the platform
• Perform functional, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across the technology stack
• Build and maintain automated test suites to support continuous delivery
• Test customer onboarding, KYC, trading, deposits, withdrawals, fees, notifications, and account lifecycle workflows
• Validate integrations with compliance, custody, liquidity, CRM, and blockchain-analysis providers
• Support user acceptance testing, production smoke testing, and post-release validation
• Identify defects, analyse root causes, and work to reduce production escapes
• Maintain clear testing evidence and quality reports for release sign-off

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of software QA experience
• Strong API, web-platform, database, and automation-testing experience
• Knowledge of CI/CD, SQL, defect management, and Agile delivery
• Mandatory experience in fintech, banking, payments, brokerage, crypto, or other regulated financial services
• Familiarity with KYC, AML, trading, wallet, or transaction-processing workflows is an advantage
• Must be based in or willing to work on-site in Dubai
