Job Title: Financial Controller

Job Description: As a Financial Controller at a consumer goods company with UAE operations, you will apply a minimum of 8–10 years of progressive finance experience — including leadership responsibilities — to lead, mentor, and develop the finance team across multiple business units with comprehensive financial control and reporting mandate.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team across multiple business units with strong financial control leadership
• Apply minimum 8–10 years of progressive finance experience including leadership responsibilities
• Oversee all financial operations — financial planning, reporting, accounting, and compliance
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles across the consumer goods group
• Ensure UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance across all financial operations
• Produce management accounts, financial reports, and Board-level financial presentations
• Coordinate with external auditors, banking partners, and regulatory bodies on financial compliance
• Drive continuous improvement of financial controls, reporting processes, and finance team performance

Qualifications Needed:

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive finance experience including leadership responsibilities — required
• Proven Financial Controller experience with multi-business unit finance leadership
• Strong IFRS, UAE VAT, and corporate tax compliance expertise for consumer goods operations
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and senior stakeholder management skills for finance team development
• ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification required
• UAE consumer goods or multi-entity finance controller experience preferred
