Job Title: Operations Officer

Job Description: As an Operations Officer at a digitally native bank supporting SME financing operations, you will support SME financing operations — including loan disbursal, coordinating with credit, sales, and finance teams on seamless SME loan processing and disbursement for a bank redefining how SME businesses access financial services through digital-first banking.

Responsibilities:

• Support SME financing operations — including loan disbursal coordination with credit, sales, and finance teams
• Coordinate end-to-end SME loan processing — from application through credit approval, documentation, and disbursement
• Ensure accurate, timely SME loan disbursal in line with credit approval conditions and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate loan operations records and documentation for regulatory audit and compliance review
• Coordinate with Banking Technology, Compliance, and Operations teams on loan management platform activities
• Support testing and documentation for financial systems including loan management platforms
• Produce SME loan operations reporting and management information for senior operations leadership
• Ensure all SME financing operations comply with UAE banking regulations and internal credit policies

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Operations Officer experience in SME financing, loan disbursal, or digital banking operations
• Strong understanding of SME loan processing, disbursement workflows, and banking operations standards
• Experience coordinating with credit, sales, and finance teams on SME loan operations
• Excellent organizational, documentation management, and compliance accuracy skills
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE SME banking operations and client engagement
• UAE digital banking or SME fintech lending operations experience strongly preferred
