Job Title: Analyst, Global Corporate & Investment Banking

Job Description: As an Analyst in Global Corporate and Investment Banking at a globally established Japanese financial institution’s DIFC Branch, you will support two specialisms within the business — Global Corporate and Investment Banking Products — contributing to corporate and investment banking client coverage, transaction analysis, and deal support across MUFG’s Middle East operations.

Responsibilities:

• Support two specialisms within Global Corporate and Investment Banking Products at MUFG DIFC
• Contribute to corporate and investment banking client coverage, transaction analysis, and deal support
• Conduct financial analysis, credit assessment, and sector research for CIB client mandates
• Prepare transaction materials — pitch books, information memoranda, and client presentations
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, product specialists, and compliance teams on deal delivery
• Monitor Middle East corporate and investment banking market developments and regulatory landscape
• Produce banking analytics and management information for senior CIB banking leadership
• Build foundational CIB banking skills through structured analyst programme mentoring and live deal exposure

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven or early-career Analyst experience in global corporate and investment banking
• Strong financial analysis, credit assessment, and transaction support skills for CIB mandates
• Understanding of corporate banking products, investment banking advisory, and MENA financial markets
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing CIB banking analytical delivery
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE and MENA corporate banking client engagement
• UAE or DIFC corporate and investment banking experience strongly preferred
