Job Title: UX Copywriter – Hindi & English

Job Description: As a UX Copywriter for Hindi and English banking and fintech content at a banking and technology company, you will contribute insights relevant to fintech and trading environments — including user behavior in high-frequency or transactional platforms — applying a background in banking, financial services, or fintech to produce compelling, user-centric UX copy for digital banking and fintech products.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute insights relevant to fintech and trading environments — user behavior in high-frequency and transactional platforms
• Apply background in banking, financial services, or fintech to produce compelling UX copy for digital banking products
• Write clear, concise, and compelling UX copy in both Hindi and English for banking and fintech digital interfaces
• Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Engineering teams on UX copy delivery and content strategy
• Produce error messages, onboarding flows, microcopy, and UX content for banking and fintech platforms
• Conduct UX copy review and editing — ensuring tone, clarity, and regulatory compliance across all content
• Monitor banking and fintech UX copy best practices and apply current thinking to content development
• Build and maintain UX copy standards and style guides for Hindi and English banking fintech content

Qualifications Needed:

• Background in banking, financial services, or fintech — either as a client-side employee or embedded vendor (strongly preferred)
• Hindi and English fluency — both written and spoken required for this bilingual UX copy role
• Proven UX Copywriter experience with digital banking, trading, or fintech platform content background
• Strong understanding of UX copy principles, user behavior in transactional platforms, and fintech UX standards
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills for product design and engineering team engagement
• UAE or GCC fintech or banking UX content experience preferred
