Job Title: Investment Associate – Expansion Investments

Job Description: As an Investment Associate in the Expansion Investments team at a globally pioneering digital finance and stablecoin company, you will contribute to private equity and venture capital investments — focusing on the RISE Fund’s mandate to support the digital finance and blockchain ecosystem through strategic equity and venture investments.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to private equity and venture capital investments for the Expansion Investments team at RISE Fund
• Support the evaluation, structuring, and execution of PE and VC investment opportunities in digital finance
• Conduct financial modelling, due diligence, and investment analysis for RISE Fund portfolio company investments
• Prepare investment memos, IC documentation, and portfolio reporting for senior investment team review
• Monitor RISE Fund portfolio company performance and produce investment performance analytics
• Identify and source new PE and VC investment opportunities aligned with the RISE Fund’s digital finance mandate
• Coordinate with portfolio companies, legal advisors, and external partners on fund governance requirements
• Stay current on global digital finance, blockchain, and fintech venture investment market developments

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Investment Associate or junior PE/VC analyst experience — digital finance or fintech focus preferred
• Strong financial modelling, due diligence, and investment analysis skills for PE and VC mandates
• Understanding of digital finance, blockchain technology, and fintech venture investment landscape
• Excellent written communication for investment memo and IC documentation preparation
• CFA or equivalent investment qualification preferred
• Self-directed, high-ownership approach appropriate for a globally pioneering digital finance organization
