Job Title: Head of Research & Commercial Growth

Job Description: As Head of Research and Commercial Growth for the Middle East at a global financial services research and intelligence firm, you will lead the firm’s Middle East research programme and commercial growth strategy — applying deep financial services research expertise and commercial leadership to drive client acquisition, partnership development, and thought leadership across the UAE and GCC financial services market.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Middle East research programme and commercial growth strategy for a global financial services intelligence firm
• Apply deep financial services research expertise to UAE and GCC banking, fintech, and payments market analysis
• Drive client acquisition and partnership development across UAE and GCC financial services institutions
• Produce high-quality financial services research, market intelligence reports, and white papers for regional clients
• Present research findings and commercial insights to senior financial institution and fintech leadership
• Build and maintain strong relationships with UAE and GCC banking, regulatory, and fintech ecosystem stakeholders
• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities for the firm’s research and intelligence services
• Represent the firm at UAE and GCC financial services, banking, and fintech industry events

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Head of Research or senior commercial research leadership experience in financial services intelligence
• Deep expertise in Middle East banking, fintech, and financial services research and market analysis
• Strong commercial development, client relationship, and senior stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication for financial services research presentation and client advisory
• Understanding of UAE and GCC banking, fintech, and payments market dynamics
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE and GCC financial services client engagement
