Job Title: VP – FP&A Business Finance, Islamic Banking

Job Description: As a VP in FP&A Business Finance for the Islamic Banking division at the UAE’s largest bank, you will apply around 10 years of working experience within the FP&A and/or Business Finance areas in the banking industry — holding an accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA — to lead financial planning, analysis, and business finance support for the Islamic Banking business unit.

Responsibilities:

• Lead FP&A and business finance support for the Islamic Banking division at the UAE’s largest bank
• Apply 10 years of working experience within FP&A and Business Finance in the banking industry
• Develop and maintain integrated financial models supporting Islamic Banking strategic planning and performance
• Produce management reporting packs, financial presentations, and business finance analytics for leadership
• Conduct variance analysis and business unit performance reviews — providing actionable insights to senior management
• Partner with Islamic Banking Product, Commercial, and Operations teams on financial performance tracking
• Support Islamic Banking budgeting, forecasting, and business case development for new product launches
• Monitor Islamic banking market developments and regulatory changes affecting financial planning assumptions

Qualifications Needed:

• Around 10 years of working experience within the FP&A and/or Business Finance areas in the banking industry — required
• Accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA — required
• Deep understanding of Islamic banking financial products and regulatory reporting requirements
• Excellent financial modelling, analytical, and executive communication skills
• UAE banking FP&A experience strongly preferred
