Job Title: Credit Card Telesales Representative – Portfolio Outreach

Job Description: As a Credit Card Telesales Representative at a UAE commercial brokerage, you will be the face of a credit card portfolio — reaching out to potential and existing customers to offer financial products that suit their needs through professional telephone-based sales and advisory. You will build a strong client base through consistent outreach and targeted financial product recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Be the face of the credit card portfolio — reaching out to potential and existing customers via telephone
• Offer financial products that suit customer needs through professional, transparent telesales advisory
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients — presenting credit card products and financial solutions
• Process credit card applications accurately — ensuring all KYC and documentation requirements are satisfied
• Meet monthly telesales targets for credit card applications through consistent commercial telephony activity
• Ensure all telesales activities comply with UAE banking regulations and product suitability requirements
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all telesales activity, client interactions, and application status
• Build and maintain client relationships through professional follow-up and responsive customer service

Qualifications Needed:

• Genuine passion for telephone-based sales and customer service — required for this telesales role
• UAE banking or financial services telesales experience preferred; motivated freshers welcome
• Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and client relationship-building skills for telephone sales
• Basic understanding of UAE banking credit card products and regulatory compliance requirements
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for UAE credit card telesales client engagement
• UAE-based candidate required for telesales mandate
