Job Title: Fintech Operations

Job Description: As a Fintech Operations professional at Go Rise DMCC — a fintech company operating two entities including Go Rise DMCC in Dubai and Efingen Technologies in India — you will support the operational backbone of a fast-growing Dubai fintech startup, managing day-to-day fintech operations, compliance administration, and cross-border financial services coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Support the operational backbone of a fast-growing Dubai fintech company with dual-entity operations in Dubai and India
• Manage day-to-day fintech operations — payment processing, client onboarding, and compliance administration
• Coordinate cross-border financial services operations between the Dubai DMCC and Indian technology entities
• Ensure compliance with UAE DMCC regulatory requirements and applicable fintech operational standards
• Process financial transactions, maintain accurate operational records, and produce performance reporting
• Coordinate with Technology, Compliance, and Finance teams on operational platform delivery and issue resolution
• Support client onboarding activities — KYC documentation, compliance review, and account activation
• Contribute to operational process improvement and fintech platform efficiency enhancement

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven fintech operations experience with cross-border financial services and DMCC regulatory knowledge
• Understanding of UAE DMCC operational requirements and fintech platform operations management
• Strong organizational, compliance administration, and cross-functional coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-border team and client engagement
• Arabic and English communication skills preferred for UAE fintech operations engagement
• UAE fintech startup operations experience preferred
