Job Title: Mortgage Advisor

Job Description: As a Mortgage Advisor specializing in Islamic Financing at the UAE’s largest bank in Sharjah, you will achieve or exceed agreed core product Islamic mortgage sales targets — applying 3–5 years of experience in selling banking products in banks or a financial industry to a Sharia-compliant home financing advisory role serving UAE clients across Sharjah and the wider UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve or exceed agreed core Islamic mortgage sales targets to build new customer base in Sharjah and UAE
• Apply 3–5 years of experience in selling banking products in banks or financial services to Islamic mortgage advisory
• Present Sharia-compliant home financing solutions to prospective UAE home buyers and property investors
• Conduct client financial needs assessments — identifying appropriate Islamic mortgage products and structures
• Manage the full Islamic mortgage advisory lifecycle from initial engagement through bank approval and disbursement
• Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations, Islamic finance Sharia standards, and product suitability requirements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional Islamic mortgage advisory and follow-up
• Monitor UAE mortgage market developments, Islamic financing regulatory changes, and banking product updates

Qualifications Needed:

• 3–5 years of experience in selling banking products in banks or a financial industry — required
• Experience in selling banking products is an added advantage for this Islamic financing mortgage role
• Strong understanding of Islamic mortgage products, Sharia compliance, and UAE home financing regulations
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building skills for Islamic mortgage advisory
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for UAE Islamic finance mortgage client engagement in Sharjah
• RERA mortgage broker certification or equivalent UAE mortgage advisory qualification preferred
