Job Title: Mortgage Advisor

Job Description: As a Mortgage Advisor specializing in Islamic Financing, you will drive new mortgage and Islamic home financing client acquisition — applying 3–5 years of experience in selling banking products in banks or the financial services industry to a role focused on Sharia-compliant home finance products across the UAE market. You will serve clients seeking ethical, Sharia-compliant property financing solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Drive new mortgage and Islamic home financing client acquisition across the UAE market
• Apply 3–5 years of experience in selling banking products in banks or the financial services industry
• Present Islamic mortgage and home finance products to prospective clients across Sharjah and the wider UAE
• Conduct client needs assessments — identifying property financing requirements and recommending Sharia-compliant solutions
• Manage the full mortgage advisory cycle from client engagement through application processing and product delivery
• Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations, Islamic finance Sharia standards, and product suitability requirements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional Islamic financing advisory and responsive service
• Meet monthly mortgage and Islamic home financing sales targets through consistent commercial activity

Qualifications Needed:

• 3–5 years of experience in selling banking products in banks or the financial services industry — required
• Experience in selling banking products is an added advantage for this Islamic financing mortgage role
• Strong understanding of Islamic mortgage products, Sharia compliance, and UAE home financing regulations
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building skills for mortgage advisory engagement
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for UAE Islamic finance mortgage client engagement
• UAE banking regulatory compliance knowledge for mortgage and Islamic financing product sales
