Job Title: Retail Banking Advisor

Job Description: As a Retail Banking Advisor covering consumer finance and banking products, you will be responsible for providing expertise on banking industry trends and best practices — offering customers financial solutions across deposits, credit products, insurance, and investment services at a UAE banking institution. You will deliver excellent, knowledgeable banking advisory as a trusted financial partner for UAE retail banking clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise on banking industry trends and best practices to retail banking clients
• Offer customers financial solutions across deposits, credit products, insurance, and investment services
• Conduct needs-based financial advisory sessions — identifying client financial requirements and recommending appropriate banking products
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional banking advisory and proactive engagement
• Achieve monthly sales targets across retail banking product acquisition and portfolio growth
• Ensure all client interactions comply with UAE banking regulations, KYC requirements, and product suitability standards
• Support branch service delivery — handling banking queries, account management, and product information requests
• Stay current on UAE banking products, consumer finance regulations, and competitive retail banking landscape

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in retail banking, consumer finance, or financial services advisory within the UAE
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards applicable to retail banking
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
• Good understanding of UAE banking products across deposits, credit, insurance, and investment
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE retail banking client engagement
• Target-driven approach with genuine passion for retail banking advisory
