Job Title: Customer Support Agent

Job Description: As a Customer Support Agent for an Islamic fintech and halal investment platform, you will be responsible for ensuring all clients receive the support and attention they require — proactively finding new ways to enhance the customer experience for a fintech platform committed to Sharia-compliant, halal investing. You will provide professional, empathetic client support across digital channels while upholding the highest standards of financial services communication compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all clients receive the support and attention they require across a Sharia-compliant fintech and investment platform
  • Proactively find new ways to enhance the customer experience for halal investment platform users
  • Handle inbound client queries via digital channels — resolving account, product, and investment-related questions professionally
  • Provide clear, accurate information on halal investment products, platform features, and account management
  • Escalate complex or sensitive client issues to the appropriate specialist teams with proper documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the platform’s CRM and support management systems
  • Contribute to knowledge base and FAQ development based on common client queries and support themes
  • Stay current on Sharia-compliant investment products, Islamic fintech developments, and applicable UAE regulations

Qualifications Needed:

  • Experience in customer support or client service within a fintech, investment, or Islamic financial services environment
  • Genuine interest in Islamic finance, halal investing, and Sharia-compliant financial products
  • Excellent Arabic and English communication skills for multicultural UAE client service
  • Professional, empathetic, and solutions-oriented approach to client interaction
  • Understanding of digital investment platforms and halal investment products preferred
  • Proficiency with customer support platforms and CRM systems
