Job Title: Infrastructure Operations Manager (Fintech)

Job Description:  As an Infrastructure Operations Manager within a globally established fintech and digital banking organization, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating infrastructure operations — managing infrastructure projects from initial ticket through full delivery, ensuring reliable and compliant technology operations for a fast-scaling fintech platform with an active UAE banking licence. You will apply 3+ years of experience in project or operations management within a technical or fintech environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate infrastructure operations — managing infrastructure projects from initial ticket through full delivery
• Apply 3+ years of experience in project or operations management within a technical or fintech environment
• Ensure reliable, secure, and compliant technology operations for a UAE-licensed fintech and digital banking platform
• Manage cloud infrastructure, data centre operations, network management, and IT service delivery for the UAE entity
• Coordinate infrastructure projects across Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Operations teams
• Implement and maintain operational resilience, business continuity, and disaster recovery frameworks
• Ensure infrastructure meets CBUAE regulatory requirements for operational resilience and cybersecurity
• Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively address reliability and security risks

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of experience in project or operations management within a technical or fintech environment — required
• Proven infrastructure operations management experience in a regulated fintech or banking technology environment
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, network operations, and IT service management
• Experience managing CBUAE or comparable financial services regulatory infrastructure requirements preferred
• Excellent project management, stakeholder coordination, and vendor management skills
• Relevant infrastructure or IT management certifications (AWS, ITIL, or equivalent) preferred
